Write articles & blogs – gluten-free recipes, research, and lifestyle tips for those navigating gluten sensitivity awareness.

Join the forum – ask and answer questions using global and regional tags to foster a community of support.

Restaurant tips – include the name, address, menu highlights, and reviews of places that cater to gluten-free diets.

To maintain the highest quality and to make every contribution meaningful for our readers around the world, particularly those seeking celiac disease support, we follow a few simple but important guidelines:

**Word Limits**

Articles, stories, or blogs: 800–1,200 words (enough for depth, but still concise).

Short opinion pieces, reviews, or personal experiences: 300–600 words.

Forum posts or quick tips: 50–250 words.

**Formats**

Submit in Word, Google Docs, or plain text.

Photos, illustrations, or infographics: JPEG/PNG, minimum 1,200 px wide.

If quoting research or statistics, please provide a source link or reference.

**Quality Requirements**

Content must be original, accurate, and clear.

Avoid medical claims unless backed by verified studies or expert opinions.

Make it globally relatable, even when sharing local experiences (mention city/country).

Check grammar, spelling, and readability before sending.

**Tone**

Friendly: Write as if you’re talking to a fellow gluten-free friend, especially those looking for gluten-free recipes.

Credible: Share facts responsibly, and cite when necessary.

Respectful: Honor diverse cultures, food traditions, and personal journeys regarding gluten sensitivity awareness.

Encouraging: Inspire others with positivity, practical advice, and real-life experiences.
